Dropping feeds and supply - confused!

Hi
My 33wo DD has four BFs per day (since starting solids) and one FF in the evening (started the FF at 5 months; before this she was EBF). She BFs furiously first things in the morning and drains both sides. However, for the other three feeds (11ish, 3ish and bedtime), she isn't that bothered, and I'm unsure what to do next, as I'm sure that she isn't getting enough milk into her. Would anyone advise dropping all but the morning feed and replacing the others with FF? I would happily keep BFing for months yet, but not if she doesn't want it! My HV is worse than useless so I'm not sure what my next step should be.
Also, if we do go to one feed per day, does my supply automatically adjust, or will it affect the amount of milk she gets in the morning (which is currently lots!) and will I be able to randomly feed at other times of the day if need be?
Thanks in advance!

I would just keep feeding her on demand, no need to switch to formula unless you want to. What is 33 weeks - about 7 months?

Yes, she's about 7.5 months. The problem is that she doesn't really seem to be that interested in BF apart from the first feed of the day. Apart from that she's happy and healthy and gaining weight, so maybe I shouldn't panic that she's not getting enough milk...?
