nuk teats for avent bottles

When I was on placement in scbu, I was told by a few mums that they had bought nuk teats for avent bottles... but I can't remember where they bought them from.

Does anyone know where they can be purchased? And more specifically, in the west lothian area?

Boots do Nuk teats but not sure if they fit Avent bottles.

nuk teats don't fit avent bottles. someone elswhere here said that mam ultivent teats fit avent bottles but to let them vent the air out, you have to prick a whole at the base of the teat. Not sure how big or exactly where. My local boots recently started to sell mam teats as does mothercare.

ooops let me clarify: maybe i am wrong about the nuk/avent bottles. I have loads of both in the loft and vaguely remember trying them out and them not fitting together.

nuk do do a wide necked teat but not sure where you'd get them on the high street. I have seen nuk products in Asda and Boots but dont remember whether they were for standard or wide necked bottles.

You could try ordering online instead.

I bought two nuk bottles with teats in Asda and the teats fit my avent bottles

you can buy the wide neck NUK teats in Superdrug.

If anyone sees any NUK latex dummies, please let me know

I use Nuk orthadontic teats with Avent bottles no porblem. I buy mine from boots. Although they can sometimes be hard to get hold of.
