Help! Are my expressing days over?

DD is 9.5mths & has been nursery since 4.5mths & I've always expressed for her feeds the four days she is there. She's now down to 6am/7pm feeds with me & a bottle of expressed milk at 2ish. However, gone are the days I could pump 8oz in ten mins... Today I've only managed to get 2oz!
What shall I do? Possibilities:

  1. just have water/food at nursery then squeeze extra feed in when we get home (4.30ish. She's a good eater & has other dairy during day)
  2. give her a small bottle/cup of cows' milk (has been having it on cereal for last mth with no reaction)
  3. give her formula at nursery for next couple of months til she's 1 & can 'officially' have cows' milk? Or, somethin Any advice appreciated.

do what ever you want

personally (and I have done this but at 10months so not much difference) I would give up the expressing, let her catch up at home, maybe introduce another feed in the evening.
