If it doesn't bother you then don't worry.
Plenty of women only feed on one breast. Make sure the other side keeps emptying though - use massage etc so you don't get engorged.

You could try baby massgae to relax her and see if that makes a difference to how comfortable she feels on that side. It may just be teeth - making her feel uncomfortable on that side.

I wonder, if you squeezed a bit of milk out of your right boob and rubbed it on your nipple, whether she would go for it (daft I know, but babies can be odd creaturesGrin).
Also, do you always feed in the same chair? It could be something as simple as the light from a window putting her off.

We feed any where everywhere so I don't think it's that. My left boob is now massive and hurts so am going to express.

Teething? All ready?

Have you tried feeding lieing down? Might keep her focused on the boob. This is the age they start noticing the world, which can be more interesting than milk.

Yes defo teething earlier than 12 weeks. Can start even earlier for some.

At 14 weeks I bet it's something either to do with teeth so perhaps she has ear ache when lying on that side or what shockers said (light from window etc).

It might also be that you were sitting differently perhaps?

Well I gave her some calpol and then she fed well. She's been chewing her hands too so perhaps it is her teeth - poor thing :(

I didn't realise she would teeth so early. DD1 had no teething symptons till 5 months
