really sharp ain at start of feed

Proper tears to eyes stuff! Dd is 13 days old. Feeds well. Roughly every 3 hrs, settles herself. My milk came in quick. Plenty wet and dirty nappies and has gone from 7lb2 to 7lb6. Total dream baby but the excruciating pian at start of feed is driving me insane I know my let down is fast as she almost chokes on first few sucks and milk pours out if she comes off. I have no idea what's causing it and it disappears a few mins into each feed. It really hurts ( I gave birth with no pain relief) its both boobs and no cracks or blisters now. Latch seems good. Can anyone help?

Potato that's ot exactly. Never had it with other 2 although 5 yrs ago. This time though I'm dripping milk everywhere and have pornstar tits!!

I also had the dolly partons, waking up in puddles of milk, squirting across the dinner table type of breasts and got a similar feeling. Honestly only lasted a few weeks.
