Cracked nipples advice please!

Both nipples are cracked, left is worse. Using lanosin. Dd3 is 5 months and on a major feeding frenzy (2hourly) which I think is what caused it (sleepy bad latches)

Any suggestions for relieving them?

You could try jelonet, a gauze type dressing from the pharmacist. Haven't used it myself, but have heard it's good.

Would trying a different hold help?

Latch is fine when I'm awake but I think feeding half asleep & her helping herself has caused it. They aren't hurting too much if she doesn't pull off, dh made her jump yesterday & got a severe blocking
