Hi, it's JulieF here except I can't be JulieF anymore as I did rather a good job of obliterating my profile so I have to join again to post this one message that was sent to me.
"After much lobbying from NCT, there is the possibility that a bill,
identical to the Scottish bill making it illegal for a woman to be
prevented form feeding her baby in public will be introduced in England.
There will be an attempt to do this very soon. The MP concerned needs
examples for his speech and other material of occasions when a woman has
been prevented from feeding her baby in a public place.
We have case studies of those that have hit the headlines. There are many
more occasions that never come to public notice.
Has it happened to you or someone you know?
Could you let us know what happened and where and roughly when, with
permission to pass on your story to the MP.
Examples from restaurants, fast food places, shops, shopping centres,
dentists, doctors waiting areas job centres, social security offices in
England and Wales and Northern Ireland etc are all welcome.
Idealaly we need examples on of before 7 November 2005.
Please send to Susan Solanki

many many thanks"
Bye for now, I'll hopefully return shortly once the ad has gone.
