The end of BF?

My DD will be 1 in 2 days time. Up until 2 weeks ago she was feeding 3-4 times during the day and 2-3 times overnight. For the past 2 weeks she has been sleeping through the night so dropped those feeds and one of the daytime feeds was replaced by water as I wanted to cut down to twice a day.
We were getting on fine like this but the past 2 nights she has refused the bedtime feed (by biting the nipple) and only BF first thing in the morning and drinking water during the day.
She eats well and has a varied diet but won't drink cows milk (although she has it in cereal) and I tried toddler formula milk but she won't drink that either, I came to the conclusion that she just doesn't like milk!
I'm worried that BF once a day won't be enough to keep the supply up enough to keep BF her IYKWIM.
could she be self weaning at 1?
Also I know it's ridiculous because I can't BF her forever but I had set myself for continuing till she was at least 2 and feel quite sad that this could be the end of BF for us.

That was my plan from tomorrow to offer the second feed late afternoon instead of last thing to see if she takes it.
It's just so out of character for her as she has never refused feeds before and when she refused tonight we offered her water which she drank so she was thirsty.
It's been a bit of a worry for me whether she is drinking enough all round tbh.

Well, just tried to give DD her second feed of the day. Again she took her morning BF fine (bit the nipple slightly as she has started doing when she is finished feeding but it's not a sore bite) had half a cup of water earlier on and then I asked if she wanted "booby" and she was excited, smiling and climbed up to get it but only sucked for about 1 min and bit down and un-latched herself and began screaming so I tried again and the same thing happened so I abandoned the feed!
I'm starting to wonder that because she drinks her water out of a sippy cup maybe the milk isn't coming out quickly enough for her and she's getting frustrated?

Thanks for the link. That is a very good site.
DD had her 2 feeds fine today so I'm thinking abandoning the feeds when she bit has maybe made her realise biting = no milk!
Didn't realise how attached I was to BF until I thought it was going to stop.

Well, Last night again DD refused the evening feed so I think I'll just have to accept that she's only going to feed once a day.
Just seems strange that she seems to want to nurse but as soon as we start she just bites and cries.
