... thankfully was just at a friends house with suddenly very wet top! does that make me a 'proper' breastfeeder now?

please entertain me with your milky mishaps!

I still wear breastpads all the time (DD 11 weeks). Otherwise I'd be soaked on a daily basis.

Took my DS into work when he was about 8 weeks old. Went for lunch with some colleagues and braved feeding in front of them (well, had no option any way really Grin). DS did his then usual trick of falling asleep whilst still semmy sucking so I left him attached so he was quiet and I could catch up on the gossip. When I finaly took him off ready to leave I found I had not positioned my breast pad on the other boob properly and I was soaked all down one side, and poor DS was supper soggy too. Think I scared some of the yung 'uns!

I started to leak at about 20 weeks pregnant, sat in a meeting at work giving a presentation to find my colleague giving me a crazy eye look - too massive damp circles in my shirt. I HATED BREASTPADS!
Annoyingly once I gave birth I was dreadful at feeding, he would fall asleep after 10 mins. Stuck with it for 8 weeks though and had to change pads at least 3 times a night whilst wearing a feeding bra.
