Headaches stopping when bf - any experiences?

Before I had 13 m.o. DS I got headaches (not migraines) a lot - maybe one day every 3 or 4 days, including any time I was tired.

Since he's been born I've hardly had any at all. I've assumed it's the bf (although I can't remember whether I had them during pregnancy).

Has anyone else had headaches disappear - and did they return when you stopped bf?

Mine disappeared when I was pregnant and haven't come back while bf. I used to suffer quite a bit too. They went at about 13 weeks I think. I used to be taking paracetamol about twice a week and haven't touched it for ages now.

Pretty sure mine is hormonal as I used to suffer more before my period. It might also be related to caffeine I suppose as I cut right down. I also weirdly stopped getting hiccups when I was pg and I used to get them daily before.

Not sure about them returning as I am still bf but I have my fingers crossed. Would it be an extreme reason to get pg again?!

Yes, that would be a bit extreme! Grin
