growth spurt?

We had the 6 week one, ds is now 11 weeks+1 and seems to be feeding ALOT....could this be a growth spurt? when do they have them?

I got told 3 weeks, 6 weeks, 3 months and 6 months. Your DS is having the 3 month one early. He is obviously very advanced Wink
