White lump on nipple - ??

I'm a first time poster but have been reading posts during night feeds for weeks and found them really helpful, thanks!
DS is 9 weeks and is exclusively bf. All going well, he's on the small side but gaining weight steadily. Over the last few days I've noticed a small white ish lump on the end of my left nipple. It's not sore and doesn't seem to be affecting feeding but I'm concerned as to what it is. Could this be a blocked duct?? Or from rubbing on bra?? Any ideas what it is and what to do about it?

It sounds like a milk blister or bleb.

Thanks.
The link really helped, looks exactly like the picture. Hopefully it'll settle quickly with the treatment they suggest.

I have one too
I was advised to get a bath and then try and peel back the skin that has grown over the duct
its nearly gone now ( after week and a half)
dr said it was fine yesterday at my 6 wk check
hope it gets better
