Slow Let Down - baby frustrated

Id like to speed up my let down as my son is getting increasingly frustrated at the breast. We have been mixed feeding because I had a low supply and trying to get back to EBF by pumping (I pump every day at least 5 times, perhaps more)

We've seen great results with the amount I can express, and he takes less formula/expressed milk with each top up, but this week the let down issue has really become a problem. The milk is there, he just doesnt like waiting for it.

Any tips? (I already switch feed and compress as part of trying to up my supply)

Pump until you get a letdown and then swap from pump to baby straight away.
