I expressed loads, then forgot and went to the shops without putting it in the fridge.

It was sat in the expresser on the side for about 2 hours. If I refridgerate it now, is it still good?

I read 6 hours at room temp is ok?

Thanks!

yeah it's fine! it has anti-bacterial properties and in fact, when left standing it will have less bacteria after a few hours than it did when it was first expressed.
