Twins vomiting after feeding from one side only?

I'm curious to know what's happening, so would appreciate any info.

I have 6 month old id twins, who have been bf, with the odd top up of formula here and there. I have started to wean them, and it's going well. Last night, twin 1 vomited having had a feed from my R breast, although this was following some formula, so I wondered whether he had just overdone it. I fed him again an hour or so later and the same thing happened. During the night there was no vomiting, but I feed lying down overnight.

Today, the twins are on the opposite breast. Twin 2 vomited this morning after feeding from the R. He wasn't all that interested in lunch, so I bf him and he vomited straight after. My only thought is that maybe now I'm not feeding as often (thankfully!) that the milk is coming out too fast for them? Or is that impossible? (I'm not engorged or anything)

It just seems peculiar to me that 3 times in a row (but not overnight) a baby has done this, and it's not the same twin today as yesterday.

I'm not sure about the specific side, but the first week or so of weaning my ds was sick a lot after breastfeeds, whereas he isn't sicky normally.
