dropping a feed

well its not actually a feed, i got into the habit of expressing on a morning as my boobs were always full, they still are. but i'm wanting to get rid of this expressing as i've not had to use any i've expressed and i already have 50oz frozen in the freezer. It only took just 2.5 weeks to get so i think it'll prob end up being waster more than likely.

How do i go about stopping? I normally get 4-6oz out on a morning.

Just drop the volume amount or the time spent.

Don't know specifics but maybe 2 or 3 steps at 5-7 days each or until you don't feel discomfort at that level (if that makes sense).

Do you plan to return to work?

pinkyp · 03/02/2011 16:24

Yeh i plan to return to work but not until mid July, at this rate i'll have 1000 oz forzen 'just incase' lol.I know i could throw it away but it seems such a waste. I got 6oz out this morning but then stopped as it was still coming out.

I dont know how to go about it as i get different amounts out of each breast deeping if he fed on that side last
