How long between FF for 4.5 month old

Her eating habits seem to be changing. I previously fed about every 2 - 3 hours during the day (she sleeps though), but I wondered how long your baby went between FF at this approximate age. feeding on demand does not really work for her, as she would never blinking let you know when she was hungry, so I have a loose routine.

My DS was feeding every 2-3 h during the day at that age (FF) and slept through. He certainly lets me know he is hungry though!

ds switched to 4 hours between feeds at around 4 months - before that it was 3 hourly.

My DD has always generally been hungry every 3 hours-ish anyway, but to be honest, I try and feed her every 3 hours if she is displaying hunger signs or not just so I can keep into a bit of a routine (because sometimes it's a PITA if she wants fed just after I've left the house). She always takes a feed though and it works really well for us, and no, she's not overweight at all. And of course, I feed her if she's hungry before then, so it's a loose routine too. IYSWIM
