Green poo for one week

Hi All

My DD has been having green poo for one week. She is 3 months and health visitor is happy with her weight gain. She is 14lb. I know green poo is ok but for a whole week?

Shge gained alot of weight in her first two months and between 2-3 months she has gained much slower.

She is recovering from a terrible cough and cold so could that be it?

Hi - green poo for a week is fine in a healthy baby. Not significant!

Yes, it can be a sign of infection being under attack, as you suggest.
