nipples are not fully formed

hi i am 30 weeks and my nipples are not fully formed(v small)can anyone please tell me how to pull them out please help

Not sure what you mean, tina. Small nipples are ok and should not cause probs. Do you mean inverted, or flat, nipples?

i have (had) very flat nipples. I didn't find it a problem with breastfeeding at all. you may need to be quite careful with making sure baby latches on well but once they start to suckle they tend to pull the nipple out anyway just with their sucking.

after 3 babies mine are now much more prominent than they were before my first!!! lol

I have one flat, one very inverted. Baby has to work a bit harder but is fine.
