What I have read just suggests you shouldn't lose 'too much' weight while breastfeeding, how much is too much?
I am not the best dieter
so expect it won't be masses or anything. I am about three stone overweight probably and don't intend to try and lose all that now but would like to concentrate on losing one stone at maybe a pound a week, does that seem reasonable?
I was going to do a low GI diet and just exercise walking the baby in the buggy.
This won't affect my supply will it?
