I don't write often but just came across this link. I have my own views on fluoridation and there are arguments on both sides, but please check out this video link. Mum's need to know this so they can do their own research and make their own decisions.
The video is quite an objective narrative by a professor who, as far as I can see, is qualified to speak but has no commercial interest in saying anything. Don't let the introduction scare you off. It is quite dramatic in a propaganda kind of way and it is a long video. Please get to 5 minutes and he'll start talking about really interesting stuff for mums. He talks about the impact on kids all the way through to the end. I don't have any ulterior motive other than I want people to be informed enough to question and research their own decision making process.
My reason for posting on Mumsnet? Mum's (parent's) need to know! Sorry - as a mum of four I know there are already so many confusing decisions to make!
By the way, this has nothing to do with whether you breast feed or not. Each to her own!
