Storing expressed milk

Im going back to work soon and would prefer DD to have EBM if possible.
I only really have time to express in the evening once she's in bed. I don't really get a lot but am thinking of persevering and just thinking that all the little bits will add up.

Should I stick what I get in the fridge and add to it over a few days then pop the whole lot in the freezer. Or should I freeze each eg 30 ml separately?

It's been a while since I did any 'serious' expressing and I seem to remember lots sticks to the bottle when it's frozen, and I don't want to lose half my milk that way.

Thanks.

I put mine in the sterile milk bags to freeze and only leave in fridge 24hrs before freezing.

Kellymom has some useful info on bm handling & storage. I'd add to it every few days. You need to cool the most recent milk before adding to already cool milk, though.

ds1 was prem and was tube fed for the first month. My boobs went into overdrive and whenever I was on Daisy (the pump the ward had)I could catch 2-3 oz from leaks alone on the non expressing boob ds1 was too small to have it all so the nurses stored it all in the freezer with labels saying date and time. Don't ever remember any sticking to the bottles though.
