I just wanted to say a massive thank you to everyone who talked to me about breastfeeding on this thread and people of mumsnet in genereal.

My son is 4 weeks old and apart from the first few days when he was in neo natal care I have been successfully breastfeeding him with hardly any problems. I may just be one of the lucky ones but I do think reading all about breastfeeding here has really helped me to prepare and to get it right.

I was most certainly one of the lucky one's (twice) who has never had the slightest problem with bf my two but it never hurts to be well prepared and mumsnet certainly did that when I was expecting ds2 and I had worries about it not going well.
