(I'm posting in Chat too - just in case Mrs Holiday Inn sees this)

I had a 2 day training course that was held at Holiday Inn in Sandy. As I am still BF, and it wasn't too hard to get there by train, I travelled in each day rather than staying at the hotel.

The lovely man at reception let me use an empty hotel room both days (even though I wasn't booked in) so that I could express, for which I am very grateful. I didn't have to launch into a huge explanation, beg or plead Wink , and on the second day I simply walked up to the desk and he said 'hello, do you want to use a room again?', gave me a keycard and showed me the way.

A big thanks and Smile to the nice man at Holiday Inn - he's unlikely to be reading this, I know, but maybe someone he knows is.

How great. Send them an email telling them.

I will be doing. I've never had any negativity while bf, but his attitude was so actively positive and helpful - a first for me in RL Smile

That's brilliant. I was wondering whether to go to the holiday or premier inn next month and I'll go for the Holiday Inn now. :)
