I have sweat rash under my ginormous boobs. I put talc on it every day after I shower, but its no better. I have to wear a bra 24/7 as I'm BF and I leak.

Any suggestions? I feel mank enough as it is :(

Try nappy rash cream such as sudocrem

Do you wear a normal bra at night? If you do, a soft sleep bra might help as (in my case anyway) the point at which the fabric is tight against my skin is in a slightly different place.
