Just wondering how much milk my 2.5 son should be drinking daily?

Dropped bottles last year, so only having milk with cereal in the morning, yogs, and cheese during the day. Sometimes will drink a cup of milk but not that often.
Do you think this is enough?

a 1-3 year old needs 350 mg a day. milk has 115mg per 100ml/3.5fl oz so to fulfill the calcium need from milk alone, he would need to drink 3 small cups ish. but milk is just the vehicle - it is not the milk he needs but the fat, the fat soluble vitamins and the calcium. as long he is getting what he needs from a range of healthy foods, he doesn't necessarily needs lots of milk.

on the other hand, it is a good source of various things so if you can somehow get him to drink some that would be great.
