6 weeks old won't take expressed bottle

BF is going really well, baby feeds like a trooper and there hasn't been any physical issues. But, i'd really like to just be able to leave one bottle of expressed milk with hubby for various reasons. Of course baby doesn't see why she should take a bottle when mum is so handy. I've tried avent, tommy tippie, dr brown and nuk bottles - no game. She's very petite and seems to get overwhelmed by even the smallest teat and slowest flow, when she does give sucking on them a shot. Should i persevere or is it a lost cause at this stage? To be honest the thought of not being able to have someone else feed her for the next 6 months + makes me Sad (bad mum alert)

Have you tried getting someone else to give it? She may just prefer to get it from you when you are there.

Yup my mum tried with no luck :(

Maybe try a medela calma teat? With that, the milk only flows when the baby sucks.

DH had great success giving a dream feed, so they are not so swayed by visuals or thinking "hmm, what is this, i'm not sure...".

I tried my DD on a bottle of expressed around 6 weeks. We found we had to warm it up much much more than breast milk would have been. She messed around with it at body temperature, but happily took it warmed up a bit more.
DH gave it to her and I stayed out of sight. she won't take a bottle from me at all.
