FF + Infant Gaviscon - constipation??

DS is FF and we're pretty sure he has reflux and we're starting with Infant Gaviscon.

What's the likelihood of constipation? And any tips to avoid it?

my DD had reflux from 3 months to around 6 months, and was BF, we found the best thing to do was rather than give the infant gaviscon for every feed was to do every other after a while- seemed to still ease the reflux but meant we weren't replacing one problem with another (constipation). On days where she was particularly bad we would go back to dosing every feed, and then as I am sure many people have told you, its just seemed to get better around 5 months and at 8 months we never need to use it.

we have used it from 8 weeks old and haven't yet had any problems with constipation (he's 9 months now and still on it)... keep your fingers crossed!
