my 6month old has been bf but having the ocassional bottle, usually one every few days so she was ok if i was away from here. To begin with she would have breastmilk but then I chnged to using aptamil, never had any problems & she was happy with the bottles & formula. Over christmas her bottom front teeth have come through & as we were all ill she hasn't had a bottle for about 3 weeks. Have tried her this week & she just chews on the teat & wont drink it at all, have tried a free flow beaker & she just plays with it & wont drink it & a tomme tippee one with a valve in it & she manages to make herself choke as she chews on it & then it comes gushing into her mouth. She was on the newborn teats with bottles so i suppose it's a big chnage moving to a cup. Any advice regarding cups, are there any adjustable flow ones, I figure she may not be liking the teats on bottles because of her new teeth as she hates dummies now too. I am leaving her for the day next week so really need to find a solution. Thank you.
