Tesco multivits (86p) vs Specific breastfeeding multivits (approx a tenner)

Are there any vits you shouldn't have whilst breastfeeding? Would a normal multi-vit tablet be ok?

There is such a huge difference in price between normal and breastfeeding stuff - it's like mentioning the word weddings!

Normal multi-vit fine - in fact, I'm pretty sure the people who know (tiktok et al) would say you don't need any kind of supplement just because you happen to be breastfeeding.

Thanks usually I would agree with you but am just starting a meal replacement diet and even tho it should provide all necessary nutrition needed just thought I would belt and brace with a multi-vit.

I would choose a multi-vit with cod liver oil added. and not waste my money of 'breastfeeding' ones.

check it has iron in it & the usual vits/minerals. What's different about the bf one?
