I am hoome ing there is some advice you can give me. I have a really bad cold and have overly sensitive breasts and nipples which i am linking to my cold. It is really painful feeding my 7week old DD.
I'm already using Lansinoh cream. Was hoping for some more advice on how to decrease sensitivity. I am hoping it is only a short lived problem!

Could you have thrush? The link also discusses other causes of nipple pain. I hope that helps.

Depends on symptoms. I had nipple vasoconstriction which was horribly painful and un diagnosed for DS1. I had nipple pain but a deep intense dragging sensation inside too.

Lots of warmth, loads of layers on top half, and juducious use of ibuprofen really really helped. My doc said ibuprofen was fine, but you may want to double check.

Sorry, tried to link but cant find a decent one. Worth a google tho.
