How do I squirt BM up DS nose?

Trying to get some milk up DS nose to clear him through as he's very snuffly!

Only problem is I only manage to squirt him when I do it by accident! How do I get the milk to squirt out?

Hand express into a cup/bowl/whatever (doesn't have to be sterilised - just clean) and then suck up a few mls with a medicine syringe and then use syringe to squirt a drop or two each side.

Its quite hard to get the aim right when you squirt it direct from the breast, I find its much easier to express a little bit into a pot and use a syringe for squirting.

I hope your ds is better soon, I've just managed to cure my ds's sticky eyes with breastmilk, its magic stuff!

I had no idea bm could be used like this! So many uses! Good luck - my dd hates anything near her nose. She has terrible cold at the mo so I'm constantly trying to wipe it but she's having none of it!!
