6 month old poo, wind and teeth!

My DD is 6.5 months old. Her first 2 teeth have just broken the surface. She's doing some horrible poos (like pesto!) mainly during the night - she did stop poo-ing at night months ago. I haven't changed my diet at all, so I presume it's because of her teeth.

She's also become quite windy, especially at night. She'll feed on one side, be nice and sleepy so I'll put her down only for her to wake up 10 minutes later. She'll eventually burp and then take ages to go to sleep regardless of feeding her again or not. I've tried winding her before putting her down again, but it seems she doesn't have wind until she lies down for a while. She's waking really frequently and it's taking ages before she'll go back to sleep again which is really wearing me out!

I've heard of babies doing horrible poos while they're teething, might the wind be linked too?

Don't know about wind but definitely horrid poos - usually explosive in our house! It stands to reason that nasty poos usually go with nasty wind. We're on the last 2 molars now and still having the poo issues when the teeth break through. Doesn't usually last for more than a few days for each tooth though.
