tasty bottle?

hi guys...
the little monkey...shes on hunger strike, only has 2oz formula then get hysterical if offered more... then she goes 4 hours...wtf? don't get it... how to encourage more food? she is nearly 5mths now... supposed to be eating heaps more!
help?

I think if she is going 4 hours she must be satisfied

my dd2 is qute similar and also nearly 5 months old. She just isn't as interested in her feeds as she used to be so I owuld be interested in other people's ideas on this.I guess it means they aren't ready for solids yet! ( my dd is entirely bottle fed now btw).
I guess if they are healthy and growing etc we needn't eworry!

DD1 did exactly the same thing-just wasn't interested in milk at all.I ended up weaning her at 17wks as she was only drinking 16oz of milk a day.She loved her solids & was on 5 meals a day by 5 months.

My HV at the time said that some babies just don't like milk-her own dd didn't drink milk after 7 months.

She is now 2 & toddler moods notwithstanding,will eat anything.
