DS is nearly 6 months old and this is my 4th lot of mastitis and am SICK of it!!! I fed my 3 dd and was lucky to not have a single episode but with this little man it just seems all the time
I love feeding him but am seriously thinking of giving up?
Just need to have a moan really because IRL everyone just says to start ff.
Anythng I can do to ward off any further reoccurances??

Do you get antibiotics for it? Are you getting the right length of course for it? There was a thread on here recently about doctors not prescribing enough ab's to knock it on the head.

My boob is just BRIGHT red - anyone know if longer course sillworks if themastitis changes sides??
