Help! EBF 4 week old - no poo!

My 4 week old DD is EBF and has noy pooed for almost 3 days. She is farting a lot but no poos. We have seen no change to the number of wet nappies. The only thing that has changed in the last few days is she has had one bottle of expressed milk in the evening. She has also had a couple of doses of Infacol as she had been very windy with a gurgling tummy. She hasn't had this for a couple of days. She has also been feeding less than normal but seems happy and not in distress, other than when she is obviously straining trying to poo.
Should i be worried?

Anything from 10 times a day to once every 10 days (or more) seems to be normal for breastfed babies! Unfortunately my ds is nearer the 10 times a day end of the spectrum.

DD1 used to go days and says without pooing... but then, my God, did she evacuate Grin

DS poos numerous times a day and is incapable of actually crapping IN his nappy Hmm

HV told me that once they get past the pooing lots every day phase, about 4 weeks, totally normal for them not to poo for a while. Longest DS2 went was 8 days. And then he needed a bath when it came. It was even in his hair.

DD went 10 days without one. Then did it whilst in her sling. It was everywhere, all over her, me, the sling, the floor. Yuk yuk yuk. Don't worry about 3 days, that's nothing!

My DS2 used to do this and then deliver several days worth at once all up his back and even into his hair!
When I asked my HV she said she once knew a baby who went 19 days between poos!
