Paracetamol and caffiene

My MIL bought me some paracetamol, but rather than just getting plain she got 'extra' ones which have caffiene in.

Does anyone know if I can still take these and breastfeed? I had a look at the leaflet but it has the normal blurbed about consulting your doctor or pharmacist if breastfeeding...

if it is just paracetamol and caffeine, then they are fine. if they have aspirine as well, don't take them.
