Lop-sided breasts - any advice?

My baby has always "preferred" my left breast and to be honest I find it easier on that side so have probably let her feed more often on that side.

She's now 8 months old and I would say I never have that full feeling (am assuming this is normal) but she went through for 8 hours a couple of nights ago and when I woke I was very lop-sided. She had a feed but even that didn't seem to even me out.

Does anyone know the best way to tackle this? Should I feed her more often on the other side or let her drain the fuller breast? Or put her on the right in the hope of stimulating it and making me look less freakish? She rarely feeds for long these days and I assumed she was living on fresh air.

If she drains the fuller one it will stimulate it to make more milk. TBH your best bet is to feed off the side she doesn't like so much and the other one will even out a bit when the demand goes down. When I bf one boob is always a size bigger than the other, both DCs have enjoyed the left more than the right so I'm always a bit one-sided. It did even out after DD though so I'm hoping it'll be the same after DS.

Thanks for your reply. I'll keep trying to do that. My left has always been slightly bigger but I don't want it to be obvious to anyone but me! Fingers crossed I even out before she stops bf.
