cough real or for attention?

my lo is 29 wks and has been giving a little cough but im not sure if its for attention. its like you would try to get someones attention but he does it in his sleep sometimes.he doesnt have a cold but sneezes quite often but ive read thats normal?

My DS is 5 months and does this! I just look at him when he does it and talk to him. He then smiles back and doesn't cough again :) With my DS I know it's attention. He sneezes alot too and makes himself laugh afterwards. No cold though :)
