Help....what can I take for Flu when breastfeeding??

God I feel sooooo rough, coughing all the time high temp of 39 and aching all over. Does anyone know what I can take to help me, its mainly the coughing that is driving me mad.
My baby is 13 weeks & exclusiv BF

I think (not an expert) you are fine to take paracetomol and ibuprofen but as far as your cough is concerned I would stick to honey and lemon. I think if you were to go to a chemist they'd only give you a linctus which is essentially something to soothe, and warm honey and lemon does the same job. For temperature take paracetomol.
