Sickness Bug

I am in bed having been sick each hour since this morning, like a sickness bug, although I haven't come across anyone who's had it. Obviously I have continued to feed DS2 (7 weeks on Monday), but have been washing hands lots, minimizing contact with him and DS, etc. Is it likely that a small, breast fed baby could catch it? Luckily I think it is passing now as during the last hour I wasn't sick!

You may have food poisoning if it's been that violent and nobody else has it.

It is possible that a baby could catch it but chances are that he won't.

It is weird, but I ate the same as my DH all day yesterday and he is fine.

It is possible, but, bear in mind that if it's something like a bug that you've got you will be putting antibodies into your baby like crazy. BM lines the gut and flushes out nasties to minimise disease, too. :)

Sorry, should have said hope you get well soon. :(

Much better today thank you and no signs of anyone else feeling ill, so fingers crossed. BM does sound like amazing stuff doesn't it.
