Wondering if anyone has any experience or advice regarding having a really fast flow?
DD is taking in lots of wind when feeding and spoke to BF specialist who said there didn't seem to be any issues with the latch but that she did seem to be gulping which could indicate a fast flow - her advice was to take her off the breast as soon as the gulping started and express a little until it stopped 'spraying'.
This really worked on one breast and I noticed an improvement immediately, however, on the other breast the flow simply doesn't slow and by expressing I have increased supply - something I didn't have a problem with at all - and I am worried this is making things worse.
Any ideas???
