Hi there
Just hoping someone might have some idea what I'm suffering from! I stopped breastfeeding just over a week ago, after nearly 8 months, all ok, wound down gradually and didn't seem to have any engorgement issues. But for several days I have had a very sore left nipple which is swollen and a dark red. Any ideas? I keep meaning to phone the docs, but I just don't seem to get round to it with two little ones, and the appointment system drives me mad anyway!
Any advice welcome, thanks!
