Red lump on breast

Its just under my nipple but actually in my skin not the pink bit of my nipple. Its not that big ( about the size of a largish pimple) p. Not painful or sore at all but has felt itchy an the skin is dry is this anything to worry about ? No idea where it came from?

I once had something similar and it turned out to be a patch of eczema, something I don't suffer from? It doesn't sound sinister but you should get your GP to look at it anyway for peace of mind
