That would be a great law to be enacted in the UK IF it was made clear with in the legislation that if a woman did not wish to bf there would be no legal repercussions. I think the child's right to bf is already enshrined in the Rights of the Child/Innocenti Declaration but I may well be misinformed Grin.

Imagine if for every cat butt face person who disapproved of nursing in public/expressing in the work place/what have you being slapped with a massive fine if they voiced their opinion TO a mother.

I wouldn't want that law to be used against someone for having anti-bfing views in general just if they were in a position of influence or power over a bfing woman or group of women. Undermining relations I'm looking at you Wink

Oh the idea of charging someone for not breastfeeding is disgusting. But I'd rather like to see every cat bum face fined Grin
