Freezing breastmilk

I expressed this morning in the vain hope my ds would take a bottle tonight.
He refused and is now latched on to my boob.

Can I put the milk in the freezer? It was in the fridge all day and was warmed up in hot water to give to him but is now sitting on my coffee table, its such a waste I could use it in his food.

It will last for up to 7 hours at room temp once it has been heated iirc
