DD is 6 weeks on Weds.

I want to start doing my pelvis floor more, and tone my legs bum & tum. my tummy went right down after birth but still have the little jelly belly.

i know its still early days. but when can i start to exercise, and what exercises to do??

my pelvic floor feels looser too :(

Dreading DTD after this long time! had stitches too (theyhavent caused me any problems but nervous!!!) what if it feeld loads different for DP!?

Once you've had your 6 week check then you should be good to get back to exercising as normal again.

You can be doing pelvic floor exercises now though.

I had a 3rd degree tear after DD (so lots of embroidery on my undercarriage) and DH says it doesn't really feel any different for him, it doesn't feel much different for me either.

Don't forget though, it's taken 9 months to get the figure you now have, so it could take that long to get back to how it was before (if ever!)
