Mix feeding a 5 month old - maintaining supply?

My DS is 4 months old and breastfed, with maybe one bottle of formula a week at the moment. Come January though I need to substitute 1 or 2 feeds a day for formula. He currently feeds approximately 3 hourly, so based on that he'll be having:

7am - breast
10am - formula
1pm - breast
4pm - breast
7pm - breast
10.30pm - formula

My question is, will 4 breastfeeds a day be enough to maintain my supply? I would like ideally to continue breastfeeding for a year, so wouldn't like to compromise that.

Also, is it better to make the feeding routine the same every day, or would it be better to breastfeed at 10am on the days when I can?

I guess I could make the 10.30pm feed breast, but that would mean having to stay up for it (which I do at the moment) but by January I'd like to be able to go to bed early and let DP do that feed.

Oh, and in practice the 7am feed is more like a 5am-7am sleepy cluster feed!
