Kneeling to breastfeeding...

DS has decided that he doesn't want to lay down to feed anymore and that he'd much rather be up right.

He certainly doesn't want to be on my lap, wriggles off and then head butts my boob until I latch him on again.

He's start kneeling next to me and latching on from there. It's not uncomfortable and it doesn't hurt to feed him this way, but I was just wondering if it's an issue?

As long as he's feeding and no ones in any pain its fine isnt it?

no issue at all! as long as you are comfortable (physically i mean) then you'll both be fine :)

when i read the title i thought you meant that YOU were kneeling to bf and i couldn;t figure it out at all lol

I'm sure when he gets to standing I'll be having to kneel.

Sounds fine. Grin

I tried thesaddle hold but DS didn't like it, so he sometimes sits next to me and latches from there.
