3mo ds seems really unhappy ... is it reflux?

My gorgeous 3mo ds has seemed a bit distressed today. He is ebf and has never had any problems with it and has never really been sick. Today he has been sick twice, first time straight after feeding, then again about 30 mins later. He has been crying alot which is also not like him. Lately tho he has started chomping on anything and everything so i also wondered if maybe he was starting teething, he's chomping rather than just sucking.

I hate seeing him so distressed. I tried a little calpol which seemed to help him off to sleep.

What are the symptoms of reflux and how do you really know? And if it is reflux what can I do to help him? He is such a placid smiley baby,I hate not being able to help him.

Any thoughts??

Please help, he's awake and crying again :(

He might just be having an off day - sometimes babies are sick. My 3 month old also chomps on things but it's a bit early for teeting I think.
